Museum Passes and Other Attractions

Thanks to a very generous sponsorship by Friends of the Lincoln Library, the library is once again able to purchase passes to area museums, art galleries and other attractions. The passes are available on a first come first served basis to patrons of good standing.

The Currier Museum of Art is an internationally renowned art museum located in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Currier features European and American paintings and sculpture, including works by Picasso, Monet, O’Keeffe, Wyeth, and LeWitt, with exhibitions, tours, and programs year-round.

Wednesday through Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm

Holidays
Closed on: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, July 4, and Thanksgiving.

Open on holiday Mondays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and Veterans Day.

Closing at 3 pm on: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve

The mission of Squam Lakes Natural Science Center is to advance understanding of ecology by exploring New Hampshire’s natural world.

May 1 – Nov 1 from 9:30am – 5:00pm (last admission to trails is at 3:30pm)

Castle in the Clouds is a mansion museum ca. 1914 with breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee in a spectacular mountaintop setting. The Castle holds many programs, and has a wonderful luncheon menu. Please check their website for hours and events as this a seasonal attraction.

Carriage House Restaurant is serving lunch every day 11:30 to 3:30. On a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not accepted.

The Mission of the Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium is to inspire wonder, curiosity, and responsibility for the natural world.

The Fairbanks Museum was founded in 1889 by St. Johnsbury industrialist Franklin Fairbanks.
